other bedrooms, as well as a

The pool area which is about
100m2 in size houses a
10mx4m salt-water
swimming pool, a 3 person
Jacuzzi and a solar-powered
shower; all for your own
private use. As it is covered
area, it can be used in all
weather conditions. The
covers can also be pulled up
or down to let in the sun on
hot days, so you can enjoy the
best of both worlds.

The house comes fully
equipped with everything you
will need for your stay -
including a flat-screen TV,
bed linen, towels, kitchen
utensils, kitchenware and
grill, refrigerator / freezer,
dishwasher, washing machine
and dryer, coffee maker,
microwave, toaster and even
a kettle for tea lovers! A travel
cot is also available for your
use if required.
The house is surrounded by a
mature garden with many
trees and large expanse of
lawn. The property has an
automatic gate, with a large
paved access area suitable
for parking several vehicles.

Next to the house there is a
large barbeque area, 45m2 in
size which comes equipped
with outdoor sofas and a
dining table with chairs, a
double granite barbecue,
stove, refrigerator, and
dishwasher. The barbecue
itself has 2 grill plates so you
can cook sea-food and meats
separately. As it also has
night lighting, it can also be
used long into the evening as
Villa Blue Sky is located in a
quiet rural village called
`Dehesa de Pancorbo`.
Surrounded by beautiful oak
groves, it is a quiet and
perfect area to explore.

Just 5 minutes walk away
there is the area`s social club
` El Mes�n` which is very cosy
and serves delicious
homemade meals, local tapas
and regional specialties. You
can even order special dishes
in advance for special
occasions such as paella,
tortillas, croquettes etc. The
prices charged here are more
than reasonable.

Of course, if you want to
venture further afield, Avila
has an almost unlimited
number of dining options and
excellent tapas bars.

Avila, is located about 15
minutes drive. Its historic
center, formed by churches
and city walls, has been
declared a World Heritage
Site by UNESCO. The walls
are the main symbol of the
province.

In addition to �vila, Villa Blue
Sky is only 45 minutes from
Segovia (with its historic
Roman aqueduct) and
approximately 1 hour from
Salamanca. Both sides are
again UNESCO world heritage
sites..
